Smoke Management System for Seward Street Scheme

This mixed-use project in Clerkenwell, London developed by Mount Anvil Ltd will comprise 161 high specification homes, over 2,500 sq ft of office and retail space, and an underground car park.

FDS has been appointed by Bowmite to design, supply, install and commission a smoke management system for the residential block and underground car park utilising vertical shafts and AOV windows. The project also includes CFD (Computation Fluid Dynamics) analysis and CO detection system for the car park, and a corridor environment system, stair access penthouse louvres and latching smoke detection system to the residential segment.
