Environmental control is achieved through a positive air exhaust system that utilises existing or proposed mechanical or natural smoke vent shafts to draw heat away from common corridors and other problem areas.

Our experienced design team are focussed on achieveing substantial cost savings for our clients wherever we can identify an opportunity to link up to an existing smoke shaft. This results in a single installation to allow cost, space and time savings.
